It's a good idea to check if the sound on your device is turned on first. If it still doesn't work, you can enable sound effects and voices in the course settings.
How to turn on sound in the FIDL app on mobile/tablet:
1) Open the course in the FIDL app
2) Go to settings at the top left corner
3) Turn on sound effects and voice
How to turn on sound in the web browser on PC/Mac:
1) Open the course in a web browser
2) Go to settings at the top left corner
3) Turn on sound effects and voice
